A Postural Transformation is a subtle process : it is "multifacetted" and takes the time
It is structured as follow: |

This leads to develop the capacity of hearing your own body and know where to work on. Great place to start this journey. STAGE 0. Postural Analysis
First step for the application of musculo-fascial techniques (massage, cueing, exercice prescription, imaging), postural analysis allows me to define an interpretation of your posture. This interpretation will guide the treatment.

Structure of the Postural Analysis session
- Skeletal analysis: what are your bone positions?
- I will only use 3 simple terms: shift, tilt & rotation to describe the relative positions of bones or body segments with one another.
- Tissue response: how are your soft tissues handling the bone positions?
- I will then look for a possible scheme of soft tissue relations: if the hips are tilted forward, what soft tissue might be short or under active? Is it coming from the legs or the ribs?
- Treatment strategy : from the elements above, I will define a treatment strategy
STAGE 1.Treatment sessions
During the treatment session, we will follow the treatment strategy established in the Postural Analysis.
In some cases, I will complete the Postural analysis that is first static (standing or sitting) by a movement component (walking or even running) when there are indications that improper posture takes its source from functional behaviour.
Finally, for some people, it is extremely difficult to clarify body feedback: for these persons, I will add some sensitisation techniques to enrich that body feedback and develop their capacity of perceiving what happens in their body (through breathing techniques or specific movement techniques).
During the treatment session, we will follow the treatment strategy established in the Postural Analysis.
- Myo-fascia massage : is it possible to release short tissues and which ones? Or to induce a restructuring of locked long tissues?
- Postural cueing : is it possible to set you up in a different posture and test if it is acceptable?
- Exercise recommendation : what short exercises can support the treatment?
- Information on what we are trying to achieve : I will explain some bio-mechanic principles and highlight what you should pay attention to, to support the session during the week.

Personalised approach: we will be 3 in the room...
Form the theory, experience & observations, I will use different means & techniques.
You will ear, feel and understand new things but the purpose of the treatment is not that you know how to stand: it is that your body takes over and incorporate it.
This result does not rely only on me but on many elements coming form you and the way you live & from your body (history, time for tissue transformation, for change in motor control patterns, etc).
Consequently, we will have to decide on length and periodicity (every week or less) of treatment.
In general terms,

In general terms,
- a first test is done in 4 sessions + one for postural analysis.
- If meaningful, the treatment is prolonged by 4 sessions or more, optionaly every 2 weeks.
